Report a cleaning, maintenance or repair problem
To report a problem with the following, please fill in the online form:

blocked drains or gullies

fly tipping (illegal rubbish dumping)

Report racist abuse
Any incident such as this should be reported to the Police Community Safety Unit, who have officers trained to deal with racist crime. You can contact them directly on 020 8284 9865.
If at any time you feel under immediate physical threat, always dial 999 to contact the police.

Report anti-social behaviour
If you are a Council tenant or leaseholder and are experiencing anti-social behaviour in your area, the first thing you should do is contact
your local neighbourhood office
and let them know about the problem.
Private sector residents should contact the

Reporting accidents and ill health caused by work is a legal requirement.
