How to contact the Council

 
You can access our forms to apply for a service, report a problem or complain or comment. Please find the form you need using the links on the left.

There are two types of forms available:

Eforms

Electronic 'eforms' can be completed and submitted online.


Printable forms

These forms can be printed off, completed and returned to us by post.

They are PDF format and you will need Adobe Acrobat to view them.

Any information you give us is protected under the Data Protection Act. This means we can only use it for the purpose you gave it and it will not be disclosed to the public. Read our privacy policy for more details.
