Graffiti and fly posting
Fly posting
Fly-posting is the illegal pasting of unapproved advertising posters, stickers and signs for commercial interests. Not only is it illegal, it creates a negative impression of an area.
Please report any you see in the borough and we will do our best to remove them within a few days.
How to report illegal fly-posting
You can report by mail, phone, email or online form:
online form: fly posting
, or
contact the Cleansweep service
.
We need as much information as possible so that we can take action. We want to know where the posters are, and what they are about.
What happens next
Once we’ve been notified of a problem, we will arrange to have the posters, stickers or signs removed within two working days. Event organisers who refuse to remove their posters will have enforcement action taken against them.
If it's hate crime stickers or posters
We will investigate and remove offensive and racist fly-posting and stickers within 24 hours if possible, but the process may take longer depending on police investigations.

reporting hate crimes
