Where are they?

Finding a public toilet when you need one can be tricky sometimes.

So, to help you when you are out and about in the borough, we have compiled a list of public toilets in the area, along with a location map.

List of public toilet locations (pdf 67Kb)
Locations (pdf 65Kb)

(To view these documents, you will require Adobe Acrobat, this can be downloaded via the link on the right.)
Alternatively, you can request a copy of the list by calling 020 8921 4661.

Report a problem

To complain about a dirty or faulty toilet, contact Cleansweep using the details on the right.

Please include in your email the toilet's location and be as specific as you can about what you think needs to be done.

To report anti-social behaviour or a criminal action in a public toilet, please contact the police directly.

What happens next

We aim to investigate the problem within one working day of the report being made. Serious damage will be dealt with as a matter of urgency, however major repairs may take longer.

Facilities for the disabled

If you are registered disabled, you can apply for a RADAR key that gives you access to locked public toilets across the country.
