Compostable liners and other optional extras

 
Compostable cornstarch or paper sacks for lining your green-top bin and kitchen caddy are available from the Council at cost and delivered free.

Clear sacks for mixed dry recycling are available free. You can order them by phone or online.

You can also order a black bin with lockable lid.

Ordering online

If you live in a house within the borough, you can order your items online.

Order bins or compostable bags online

Prices include VAT, which is 17.5 per cent from January 2010.

Buy in-store

You can order and pay for the bins, sacks or liners at the Council's cash offices - we sell them at cost price and will deliver them to you for free.

Alternatively, visit Birchmere Depot (Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm) to buy your bins, cornstarch sacks or paper liners.

You can also visit the Eltham Centre to collect cornstarch sacks (but not bins).
