On a fixed day each week, we pick up your food and garden waste and your mixed dry recycling. For all other waste, we collect on the same day of the week on a fortnightly basis.
NOTE: This new service replaced the old collection service from 21 January.
The new Green Blue Black service is for people living in houses only.

Telephone 020 8921 4661 to:

Wheelie bins
All households are eligible to receive a container.
In general, wheeled containers will be provided except in cases where:
- the property is on a flatted estate (communal facilities will be provided instead)
- where the property has insufficient space for storing the container off the public highway
- where it is impractical or unsafe to use a wheeled container (For example, where the container has to be moved up and down a number of steps – in this situation the Council will provide a wheeled bin for the temporary storage of waste in sacks). However the householder will be responsible for moving the sacks only to the collection point on the required collection day.
