Here's what you need to do:

We pick up your rubbish from a collection point on the boundary of your property and will return the bins to the same place.

Collection days

Your weekly collection day is fixed according to your collection scheme. All bins - recycling, food and garden, and other waste - will be collected weekly.

During bank holidays, your collection day may change, but we will let you know if it does.

Report a problem

Report a stolen or damaged wheelie bin, or a problem with missed collections.

  • find out which day of the week we pick up your rubbish
  • ask for help if you are elderly or disabled and cannot carry your rubbish to the collection point
  • need help with identifying the different bins
  • find out if you are eligible for other waste collection schemes.
