Black-top bin requirements survey
From February 2009, the Council will be providing all eligible households with a free black-top bin if they want one.
The black-top bin is for 'what's leftover' or non-recyclable waste.
Who is eligible?
If you are entitled to a black-top bin you will have already received a letter and Wheelie Bin Requirements form through the post on 30 September 2008.
Specify your requirements
The Wheelie Bin Requirements form gives you the opportunity to specify your future bin requirements.
