A Programme Officer was appointed for the Kidbrooke Compulsory Purchase Order 2008 Inquiry to serve as an impartial officer of the inquiry and give support to the Inspector, the Council and objectors. The Programme Officer was the point of contact for all parties.

The role of the Programme Officer

The Programme Officer’s role included receiving statements of evidence and drafting and maintaining the inquiry programme to ensure the efficient use of inquiry time.
