Will I be able to return to the area?

 
We have agreed a priority system for existing tenants who would like to live in the new homes being built in the area. The system will work in this way:

  • We will give first priority to tenants who have moved into temporary accommodation on the Ferrier estate.
  • We will give second priority to tenants whose homes are due for demolition at the time when new homes are ready for letting. 
  • We will give third priority to tenants who have moved out of the area but told us they want to return to it.
The lowest priority is all other tenants who apply to rent the new homes.
