You will be able to state preferences about where you want to live.
Greenwich is divided into 14 rehousing areas, called neighbourhoods. They are shown on a map on the rehousing form.
You will be able to choose, in order of priority, the neighbourhoods where you would like to live. You will also be able to leave out up to six of the 14. So you can tell us if you definitely do not want to live in certain areas.
What if I want to stay in the area?
As the redevelopment of Kidbrooke is being phased over some time, you can choose to move to another part of the estate temporarily. If you choose this option, we will give you first priority for the new homes being built on the estate.
Any property we offer you as a temporary home will be of a decent standard of cleanliness, repair and decoration.
