What does disturbance allowance cover?

 
  • Disconnection and reconnection of fixed gas and electrical appliances such as cookers and washing machines.

  • Reconnecting the telephone if there was a phone installed at the previous property, and the cost of extra phone extensions on a like-for-like basis.

  • Forwarding of post for a reasonable period of time.
