The Council recognise that the redevelopment of Ferrier estate will be a major upheaval to tenants and residents and their families. To minimise this we will ensure that Council services including repairs and other housing management services continue as normal.
Other community activities and community facilities such as schools, Doctors Surgeries and Health Clinics will be supported to ensure they continue to deliver as normal a service as possible to local residents throughout the life of the redevelopment process.
