There are empty homes on the Ferrier estate that are being reserved for tenants who want to stay on the estate during the redevelopment.
Existing Ferrier tenants who are willing to move into these temporary homes on the estate will be given first choice of the new affordable homes that are being built.
This policy was agreed by the Council and the Ferrier Residents Action Group-Kidbrooke Vision (FRAG-KV).
