When will new homes be built?

The development of new housing has already started. A new housing scheme just to the north of Kidbrooke Station, on Nelson Mandela Road, was completed in 2004.

Some of these homes have been offered to tenants who are moving from the Ferrier Estate. Sites near Meadowside have been selected for rehousing and site preparation is expected to start in winter 2008.
