There will be a wider variety of housing types. The new development will feature a range of housing types including one and two bedroom maisonettes, one and two bedroom flats in two, three, four and five or more storey buildings and traditional three and four bedroom houses.
Affordable, market rented, homes for sale and shared ownership properties will be scattered across all areas of the development and a traditional street layout will be used to join together the new development with existing areas.
