Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document

 
Greenwich Council has adopted a Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). The SPD will supplement the Greenwich Unitary Development Plan, adopted July 2006. 

Guidance on development proposals

The purpose of the Planning Obligations SPD is to provide detailed guidance on the type and scale of planning obligations for development proposals within Greenwich. 

The Council will use this SPD in deciding future planning applications.

The SPD is applicable to the whole Greenwich Council area. 

Notice of adoption

The Planning Obligations SPD was adopted on 27 February 2008.
