FAQ
Do I need to submit a site plan and building drawings as part of my application?
Yes, you need to submit a site plan and building drawings with it.
Your plan doesn’t have to be professional but it must be clear, and it must show the site and adjoining properties and roads.
There is guidance about this with the form. The scale to use is 1:1250 and the direction of north must be shown. Mature trees should also be shown on the plan.
You may have to supply a particular number of photocopies of your site plan and drawings depending on what type of application you are making. For more see the '
Making an application
' section.
