If you are looking to extend or improve your property, you may need permission from the Directorate of Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills. This applies to both internal and external works.

Planning permission may be needed for:

  • the erection of advertisement signage and hoardings
  • any new buildings or extensions that you wish to construct
  • any works to be carried out on the grounds of a listed building or building in a Conservation Area, including works to trees.
