Who can comment?
To comment on a licence application, you must be an 'interested party'. In other words, you must be:
Living near the premises
A body representing people who live near the premises
Involved in a business near the premises
A body representing a person or people involved in such businesses
Residents and businesses living within 100 metres of premises applying for a licence (new or variation) will receive a letter from the Council inviting them to comment.
