How your ward councillor can represent you

 
Your ward councillor can represent you as long as we receive written authorisation from you prior to the hearing. 

You should advise your ward councillor that you would like them to speak on your behalf as soon as possible after you make your representation.

Follow the link below to view and print off a sample letter that will set out the information that we require to notify us that you are happy to be represented.
