Anonymous representations
Representations made by telephone
Unsigned representations, such as emails (unless the email is followed up by a signed letter within the relevant timescale)
Representations from people who do not fall in to one of the categories above, i.e. a person not living near the affected premises
Representations that do not address one or more of the licensing objectives, e.g. representations on moral grounds, representations relating to the 'need' for licensed premises, or representations about unrelated issues such as car parking
Objections not made within the time limit
These requirements are laid down by Central Government and we cannot deviate from them. All representations should be sent to the Licensing Department using the contact details given on the right.
