Warm and Wise helps residents to make these savings. This is a scheme which provides bulk discount and interest-free loans to replace old and inefficient boilers.

Insulate better

The scheme also offer discounts of up to 65% for home improvements such as loft and cavity wall insulation to all borough residents, including private tenants, owner-occupiers and landlords.

20% off installation too

Warm and Wise have negotiated special discounts with heating and insulation installers which can be, on average, about 20% cheaper than normal charges.
