Greener Greenwich
Clean air and sustainable transport
Cars running on petrol not only emit greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, they also pollute the air that we breathe.
What you can do
By driving less and cycling or walking more, you can exercise while doing your part to help the environment.
If you need to use the car, sharing or pooling can help reduce the amount of pollution.
