Fallow deer
The fallow deer was introduced into Britain by the Normans in the 11th Century. They have a life span of around 16 years in the wild or up to 30 years in captivity. They eat mainly grasses, herbs, berries, acorns and bark.
Randolph and Dancer
The head deer of our herd is Randolph and the alpha female is Dancer. Randolph, a large, impressive buck, has been with us many years.
Sponsoring one of the deer costs £50 a year, which will go towards keeping their pen safe and secure, keeping them fit and healthy and feeding them.
Adopt one now
To adopt a deer, complete the adoption form, follow the instructions and send it back to us with the a cheque for the correct amount.
