Stray dogs

Report a stray dog
The law changed on 6 April 2008 and you cannot take stray dogs to your local police station.

The Council is now responsible for them.

If you find a Stray Dog

If you find a stray dog first check for an Identification Tag on the collar. They often have an address or telephone number so you can reunite them with their owner.
