Pay your Council Tax by direct debit

Did you know that you can pay your Council Tax by direct debit?

Setting up a direct debit to pay your Council Tax saves you the trouble of having to remember to pay online or by phone or in person every month.

The money will be withdrawn just like all your other direct debit payments, so you won't have to think about it. If the amount to be paid or the payment dates change, we will notify you within 14 working days in advance of your account being debited, or as otherwise agreed.

Payment by direct debit also allows you to pay over either ten or 12 monthly instalments, and on one of four dates in each month.

Direct debit is an easy way to pay and you don't need to fill in a new form every year.
