The Council has an exciting IT programme in place to improve our delivery of services to you - by telephone, email, through our website, and face-to-face.
Our aims are to:
- streamline and simplify our systems so that you have fast and straightforward access to Council information and the services that you want
- reduce costs by improving our technical infrastructure
- improve the efficiency of our service delivery
