To look after and educate thousands of local children, we need hundreds of properties - for nurseries, schools, daycare facilities and the like. We work in partnership with local schools to provide and maintain these buildings, making sure they are ship-shape and energy efficient.

Greenwich Property also has an asset management role in regards to school sites. This involves investigating new builds and refurbishment projects as well as organising sales and lettings.
