Commercial council property for sale and rent

 
Are you interested in buying or renting a commercial property from the Council? We regularly review the Council’s property holdings and often have surplus land and buildings to sell. The Council also owns shops, industrial estates and other commercial property and these are available to rent.

Please note that Greenwich Property deals only with non-residential, commercial properties. Those of you looking to buy a residential property in Greenwich are encouraged to contact local estate agents.

To rent

The portfolio of commercial property consists mainly of shops and industrial units, although other types of surplus property occasionally become available which the Council wishes to let rather than sell.

For sale

Greenwich Property deal with the disposal of surplus Council property - usually major redevelopment opportunities including former schools or maintenance depots. Property placed on the market is advertised in the press and by erecting 'for sale boards' where appropriate.

List of industrial estates

Greenwich Property can provide information on any of our sites or buildings. A list of available shops and/or industrial units can be forwarded on request, together with more detailed information if required. Viewing appointments can also be made.
