A number of housing and regeneration schemes have contributed to the Beacon Council award for affordable housing.
Greenwich Peninsula and Millenium Village
This of is one of the borough's key development sites. Over 1,300 new homes have been built or are under construction in the award winning Millenium Village.
Royal Arsenal
Development is underway at this waterfront site. 2048 new homes have been built or are under construction, 319 of these are affordable.
Kidbrooke
Kidbrooke was identified as one of the most deprived places in Greenwich. Transformation plans for the area include the phased demolition of 1900 homes to be replaced with around 4500 new homes, including affordable dwellings.
New Haddo
The New Haddo scheme will provide increased levels of affordable accommodation, combining rented homes with private dwellings and shared ownership accommodation.
