Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005
The Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations came into effect on 1 July 2005. The focus of the regulations is on re-use rather than on access to information.
Please note that the supply of information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 does not automatically give you the right to re-use it.
