information that is reasonably accessible by other means. For example, the publication scheme.
information supplied by, or relating to, security bodies
information held for court proceedings.
information that would breach Parliamentary privilege
personal data that would breach the Data Protection Act
information provided by another person in confidence.
information where disclosure is prohibited by law or would be a contempt of court
