What if my account is missing a payment?

 
If you think you have made a payment that is not shown on your account, contact the Council on 020 8921 4147.

You will be able to discuss the matter with a member of staff.

Proof of payment

If the member of staff is unable to verify receipt of payment, he or she will ask you for the appropriate proof of payment.

For example, you may be asked for a receipt or copy of a cheque. This will enable us to search for and locate your payment.
