This automated service provides information on Council Tax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is simple and quick and there is no need to wait in a queue.

- Press 1 to : Make a payment, set up a Direct Debit or report a missing payment.
- Press 2 to: Request an application form for a Council Tax discount or exemption.

Contact centre opening hours
The opening hours for the call centre are:
- Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5.30pm
- Thursday and Friday 9am to 7pm
- Saturday 9am to 12noon.
Please note that for training purposes, some calls are recorded.
