Panel responsibilities

 
The Probity and Conduct Panel promotes the Members’ Code of Conduct.

The Panel agreed the Code at its first meeting and adopted the Councillor/Officer Protocol and Guidance on Good Practice in Planning.

There is a procedure for determining allegations that members have failed to follow the Code of Conduct.
