Board members and meetings

 
The Planning Board is responsible for implementing and co-ordinating the Council’s planning functions. It makes decisions on all major strategic planning applications, and highways and traffic management issues.

When and where

Meetings are usually held at the Woolwich Town Hall at 6.30pm on the last Thursday of each month.

The meeting dates on the left will take you to the most recent Planning Board agendas and minutes.

You will find an archive of Planning Board meeting papers for 2004, 2005 and 2006 here. This page will also explain how to make a request for earlier Council meeting papers.

Attending meetings

You have a right to attend council meetings.

If you want to put forward a question on an agenda item for consideration at the meeting, it must be received in writing 24 hours before the meeting.
