Council meetings papers

Agendas

An agenda lists the topics for discussion at a meeting and the decisions that need to be made. An agenda also says when and where the meeting will take place and who will be attending.

Meeting paper archives

You will find most agendas for meetings in the current year on their relevant Committee and Panel pages. At the end of those pages, you will find a link to an archive page which will take you to older copies of meeting papers.

Forward plan

You can also find out what decisions will be taken at meetings by looking at the Forward Plan. The Forward Plan lists key decisions to be made by Councillors and Officers, and says when the decisions will be made and at what meeting.

Where can I see meeting agendas?

Agendas for public meetings are available at least five days before a meeting.

The front pages of most agendas are published on this site. To find agendas online, use the A-Z of Committees and Panels in the left menu to navigate to the meeting you are interested in. You will find agendas under the meeting dates on those pages.

You can also see full agendas by contacting the Committee Services Team using the contact details on the right, or at:

Contact the Greenwich Local History Library at the Heritage Centre for agendas from past meetings.

Decisions and minutes

Decisions and minutes for most meetings are published on this website. Minutes are a formal record of meeting business, and who attended and the decisions that were made. Contact the Committee Services Team using the contact details on the right for more about decisions and minutes.

Braille, translations, audio and large print

The Council will make every effort to provide a translated, braille, audio or large print copy of an agenda if you request it from the Committee Officer in charge of the meeting.

Please note that these documents will take some time to prepare and may not be available in advance of the meeting.

Public papers

Meeting agendas, decisions and minutes are made available to the public whenever possible. Some documents may not be made accessible to the public to protect sensitive information.

Freedom of information

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 gives you the right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities.

To find out what information you have a right to view and how you access these documents, visit the Freedom of Information pages.
