Cabinet members and meetings

 
The Council’s Cabinet is a group of ten Councillors that is responsible for taking major day-to-day decisions. The Cabinet is responsible for making sure that Council services are delivered, and for Executive functions.

Each Cabinet member is responsible for a specific area of service delivery. These areas of responsibility are listed next to the ten Cabinet members’ names below. As a group, the Cabinet also leads Council-wide policy and strategy development on issues that cover all Council departments.

Meetings are usually held at the Woolwich Town Hall at 7pm on the third Tuesday of each month.

Attending meetings

You have a right to attend any council meeting.

If you want to put forward a question on an agenda item for consideration at the meeting, it must be received in writing 24 hours before the meeting.
