Cabinet
The Council’s Cabinet is a group of Councillors that is responsible for taking major day-to-day decisions. The Cabinet is responsible for making sure Council services are delivered, and for Executive functions.
Each Cabinet member is responsible for a specific area of service delivery. The Cabinet also leads Council-wide policy and strategy development on issues that cover all Council departments.
The ten-member
Cabinet
meets once a month.
Three Cabinet members form the
Cabinet Committee
. They meet twice a month.
