Black and Ethnic Minority Education Advisory Committee (BEMEAC)
The Black and Ethnic Minority Education Advisory Committee (BEMEAC) is an advisory body which advises on equal access to the education services provided by the Children's Services Directorate. The BEMEAC can ask for matters to be investigated and make recommendations accordingly.
