GLLaB is making continuous improvements to its service delivery and we regularly monitor customer satisfaction levels throughout the year using:

  • annual customer satisfaction and feedback surveys
  • customer complaints
  • suggestions and compliments feedback
  • training evaluations
  • business workshops
  • training roadshows
  • job recruitment fairs
We also participate in community engagement events in conjunction with Greenwich Council, such as the programme of Great Get Togethers.

Compliments, suggestions or complaints

We will listen to your comments and you can make a compliment, suggestion or complaint. Please use our complaints form or our feedback and suggestions form and also find out how we are learning from what you have to say.
