Road safety projects
Kerbcraft
Kerbcraft teaches road safety to 5 to 7-year-olds.
Children are taught through practical roadside sessions rather than sitting in a classroom.
The three main skills taught are:
choosing safe places and routes
crossing safely at parked cars
crossing safely near junctions.
Trained volunteers run the courses near the children's schools.
Want to become a volunteer?
Joining Kerbcraft as a volunteer is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to your children’s school development.
All trainees are provided with an information pack and a certificate at the end of the training.
Email or call us for more information using the details on the right.
