If you wish to contact us about concerns you have regarding traffic matters in general then please ring us during our office opening hours on 020 8921 5384.

Office opening hours

Monday to Thursday
9am to 5.30pm

Friday
9am to 4.30pm

Please bear in mind this will usually be answered by an administrative assistant who may have to transfer you to a technical officer.

Alternatively, you can email us on traffic.management@greenwich.gov.uk and we will seek to respond within 15 working days.
