You have three options - you can have the registration number of your courtesy car added to your existing permit, you can purchase a Temporary Permit (documentary evidence, identifying you as the driver of the vehicle will be required for both these options), or you can use visitor vouchers.
Until you receive your temporary permit, you need to make alternative parking arrangements.
