FAQ
What if I need a carer or employ a nanny?
If you need regular daily care you can receive a free Residents Permit for use by the carer. To be eligible, you must supply documentary proof ie a letter from your social services care manager or your doctor (they may make a charge) confirming your mobility impairment/state of health and need for a carer. The letter must be accompanied by a completed Carers Parking Permit
application form
and proof of residency.
If you employ a nanny it is possible for you to purchase a Business Permit. You will need to complete a Nanny's Parking Permit
application form
and enclose a copy of the contract of employment.
