Pay a parking fine

 
You can pay your parking fine in the following ways:

  • online
  • by post
  • by telephone
  • in person.

Online

Pay online using the following credit/debit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Delta
  • Switch
  • Electron
  • Solo
  • Maestro

By telephone

We also accept these cards on our automated telephone payments service This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on  0845 603 2864.

Whether made over the telephone or the internet all transactions will be validated and authorised in real time and confirmation of the transaction being accepted will be provided to you.

By post

Payment can be made by cheque or postal order. Please note that post-dated cheques will not be accepted and unstamped envelopes will not be delivered.

What you need to do:

  • Note the vehicle registration number, Penalty Charge Notice number, cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque.
  • Cross cheques and postal orders and make them payable to Greenwich Council.
  • Complete the payment slip and attach it to the cheque or postal order.
  • Send payment and the completed payment slip to:

In person

Payments can be made in cash, postal orders, cheques (supported by a valid bank card) or credit/debit cards at Council cash offices.
