Report illegal parking
If you become aware of persistent or ongoing illegal parking, let us know.
What to report
You should provide details of:
the location
the type of offence
when the offence is occurring.
For example, if an offence only occurs on a particular day of the week or at a particular time of the day, it is important that you let us know. Information like this is particularly helpful so that we can send a parking attendant to visit the location at a time when the offence is likely to be occurring.
How to report
You can report the offence by:
telephone - 020 8921 4339
or by letter to Parking Services
What happens next
All reports of illegal parking are passed to the Parking Enforcement team. An officer of the team will make a special visit to the location as soon as practicable.
