Can I get a refund on my parking permit?
Refunds on permits are only given where the operational hours of the zone exceed three hours and there is at least two whole months un-expired on the permit. There will be a small administration charge for this.
If your situation meets the above criteria, simply return the permit to us with a covering letter and we will arrange a refund for you.
If you are moving, please ensure your tell us where you would like your refund sent.
