The Risk Management Policy and Strategy sets out a framework for the management of risk throughout the Council. This process involves all Council managers and staff in identifying, registering, controlling, action planning and monitoring risks.
A Corporate Risk Management Group is working on a detailed action plan to ensure that risk management is fully embedded into the culture of the Council.
