The Council's Local Area Agreement (LAA) is an agreement that sets out the priorities for a local area agreed between central Government and the local area as represented by the lead local authority and other key partners through the Local Strategic Partnership.
LAAs are intended to provide the basis for a new relationship between central and local Government and to support the achievement of better outcomes for local people.
